DUTIES AND TAXES
Keko Studio handles duties and taxes for the following countries: the Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
For all other countries, you will be contacted by the courier to pay for any duties and taxes upon taking delivery. Please note, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

UK Working Day Delivery - (Excludes Northern Ireland) Monday to Friday, place your order before 10m ensuring you have selected the Next Working Day delivery option during the checkout process. If you have placed an order after 10am on Next day delivery we will always try our best to achieve next day delivery, if we are unable to do so it will arrive within 48 hours. Please email us. Next-day guarantee excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 10am Friday will be delivered before the following Tuesday.
If you need the item for a date, we will try to accommodate where we can- please get in touch and we will try to help.

We ship to anywhere in the world, excluding the Russian Federation and North Korea.

Please note that Keko Studio orders require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers cannot offer alternative delivery options such as delivery to a safe place or a neighbour for any Keko Studio packages. Couriers may refuse to deliver if the delivery address/location is unsafe. Please visit their company websites to learn more.
TRACKING
You can track your order via , DPD (Next Day Delivery - Mainland UK) or DHL (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and International) using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation e-mail.
RETURNS
If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will not be able to track this unexpected return. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or resend.
To return an order please email and request a refund, please visit our returns page and check our policy. We are a small company and charge a set fee for return postage. This is via DPD, you can arrange to drop off your return to a selected DPD shop and this is then tracked. We regret we cannot arrange exchanges at present.
